Sound Bath and Yoga 

Doors – 1:30p

Event – 2:00-4:00p

Location is Highlands 24 Hour Fitness - 4600 w 38th Ave Denver, CO 80212

 

- 45 minutes of Sound bath with Lauren from Heart Nectar Healing. 

- Meditation then a 50-minute Vinyasa yoga flow with Dan. Come and relax and flow into and release what no longer serves you.  

- Snacks will be provided and gift bag raffle with Pam.

- Pam will be available for energy readings and decorative sage bundles 

You will need to bring your Yoga mat, pillows and blankets for your comfort during the sound bath.
